Brand new in box. bought it for my husband as a birthday present without consulting him and he went and bought himself one at the same time - we had been considering using the second one in the house but who needs two xboxs and we have spent too long contemplating that now it can't be returned and I just want to raise spending money for taking the kids to Disney in March hence the sale.
