I bought it like this years ago, rgb modded ntsc or region free, not sure if always had set to ntsc though on everdrive, pretty sure it's American. comes with uk power supply and 2 controllers, rgb scart cable, limited edition by the artist that made it one of a kind, comes with ed64 all set up ready to go.
