All the boards except the Stern MPU-200, require 1 x 5101 NVRAM. The MPU-200 boards will need two NVRAMs. There are two options available, with, or without a 22 pin IC Socket. On the Williams boards, the SRAM is located at U19 and on the Gottleib System 80 Boards, at Z5.
