New and sealed. Has been in my collection a long time and well looked after. Has been kept in a protective case. Will post item in this, as seen in last photo. The odd scuff marks across seal but no damage or tears. There is a slight black mark on the seal across the ‘h’ in ‘theft’ as can be seen in photos. Seal has official PlayStation tear away on seal.
