The box was opened. The PS5 portal was pulled out. We later found out it wasn’t what my son wanted. He wanted a physical PlayStation five like what I have so it was put back in the box and put up for sale. It comes with an additional screen protector to extra added grip thumb grips for extra grip and control, and I also purchased a carry case for it it has never been touched completely brand-new no damage to the box either
