The stuff I've done to it is repaste the thermal paste but that was quite a while ago now replaced the disc drive rubber band so it opens and closes without having to hit it and also put an Xbox 360 elite hard drive inside the original Xbox 360 hard drive shell so it colour matches and looks good and I have also cleaned inside the console but that was also quite a while ago so probably might need another clean.
