Used and shows signs of this (marks / scratches around the console shell some on the front). Comes with matching official Xbox One S Grey controller which works well but is missing the battery compartment cover, but comes with a rechargeable power pack instead. Also the sticks are bare and require rubber toppers, but they do work and appear to have no stick drift, although I cannot guarantee this. Comes with COD Black Ops 6, boxed in good condition as well as a power lead and a HDMI lead.
