Xbox One S WITH CHARGER INCLUDED 500GB version. Works perfectly well, I have opened it and checked that it turns on and works but I have never properly used it. (Never played any games ect.) No faults at all apart from a very tiny mark at the top as seen in the top left of the third picture. Message for any more information if necessary.
