Comes as pictured opened to test and check there is damage to the box as pictured headset hasn't bee used on head as say just charged and turned on to check Please note iv now added a video after prev buyer bought them then said couldn't get them to work so had to refund on return make sure you sync them properly go to settings on the xbox then devices controllers and headsets then hold the button in as instructed to sync them then it's just a button press on and off you don't jave to hold the button down again
