Bought in May for a birthday present. It wasn't unwrapped until 14th June, and found to be incompatible with our XBox One. My fault for not checking, and sadly Amazon won't allow return after a month since purchase. the disc has been removed from box, sat in our game console, and put back in it's box. Brand New, obviously, never used, but no longer sealed.
