The kickstand is missing but can be replaced for a few pounds. There is sticker residue on the back please see pictures. Tested and updated, eshop working, games tested and working. Only issue i have come across is the sl and sr (the tiny buttons you use when playing with the joy cons while disconnected from the console) buttons do not work on either joy con. All the buttons you would use while playing handheld work great including no stick drift thanks!
