Original PS4 reset, on 10.01 firmware, with two controllers, Driveclub, FIFA and Little Big Planet 3. Console power cable and a controller cable are included. Haven't played this for a while, but never had any issues with the console and I've checked that it still seems fine. Has been factory reset since the photo showing the games menu, so obviously doesn't come with any games installed. I think one of the controllers showed signs of stick drift but I might be wrong.
