PS4 original 12.52 firmware with controller and power cable and no hdmi, The controller does have a squishy option and start button also won't be supplying the charger for the controller, there is a crack on the glossy side ontop and dosnt effect any gameplay and no games the picture of last of us is just to show no graphic issues and dosnt have the moddable cd, you will need to have own one or get one to make it work and it was previously modded
