This is promotional game for the PS3 and it comes in a plastic jewel case with the game and cover art. This game disc is in very good condition as pictured but the jewel case does have some wear with various scratches/marks as shown; this does not affect the game itself and a jewel case like this could be replaced. This game has been tested and it is in full working order. The PS3 is region-free and so this game can be played on any PS3 console.
