This console has been fully tested and it works perfectly, HOWEVER, it is unstable on the dashboard. You can setup the console fine, you can navigate the menus fine but it will repeatedly black screen and reload the dashboard. It can occasionally be stable enough to install and run a game, When running a game you can play for hours without issues, and when running a game in the background you can navigate the dashboard for hours. I do not know what is causing the issue, it is rare and I have spoken to other people this has happened to, some say it can resolve itself in time, others say it’s useable as is, just a little frustrating. Anyway you can get a bargain console here because I can’t sell it full price. Comes with a controller and cables.
