it looks like the disk version but it has the disk reader taken out along with the original white faceplate of it. instead there’s the spiderman spare faceplate and purchasing this will include the whole spiderman faceplate set as well as the white faceplates -the disk one. includes the wire to plug it in and the controller and the box.
