This headset works fine, and it comes with the wireless transmitter. Both the headset and the transmitter come with a battery, but for some reason, the battery can't power the transmitter. The transmitter turns on fine when plugged directly to the console or device. This is the only defect of this headset, which comes with a replacement cable for the transmitter.
