includes the case, cover, poster, extra booklet, and the game cartridge. like most viat games the manual is digital on the cartridge, from what I can remember the content shown are all the items that came with the game originally. overall in good condition, general wear from use and age. in full working order as shown in the pictures please look through the pictures before purchasing Thank you for looking p.s. the vita version of this game does suffer framerate issues and long load times. I would personally recommend getting the game on the PS4 or Switch instead, if you have those console.
