I bought this to replace the official Xbox one, as I'd come to expect from Microsoft. Some issues developed, such as stick drift problems, which made me regret my purchase. As a result, out of the box, I regretted the decision. I had thought these would pair seamlessly with the 700 and offer better sound quality than the Xbox Series X, but that was not the case. The dongle is required to connect to another device, and while plugging it in and pairing was simple, the need to download the swarm app on my mobile phone initially seemed unnecessary.

The settings available for tweaking sound were notably better with this product. I wear glasses, and the headset's comfort level was similar to that of my Sony XM3. The ear cushions felt nice, but the buttons felt a tad tight around my head compared to the MS cans. The fabric quality is excellent, and the sound feels well-made.

The sound itself is superior to the official cans, which are too bass-heavy. Playing Atmos content or games with 3D sound were particularly immersive with these TH Stealth 600s. However, I did notice that the connectivity can be unstable at times. Sometimes, a blinking light on my phone would appear and then resolve, but it was frustrating.

One thing that let me down is the tendency for the connection to malfunction, with sound stopping briefly before resuming, followed by the confirmation message "wireless mode." To fix this issue, I plugged into a dedicated port until the problem resolved itself. The solution involved temporarily turning off my WiFi router and switching its broadcast channel to avoid interference.

In hindsight, I'm glad I took a chance on these TH Stealth 600s at a lower price point. They're a great headset for the money, although there were some issues with connectivity that prevented me from giving them a perfect score.

The great headset I purchased for my boyfriend's birthday has been a game-changer for us during our gaming sessions together. It fits well on his head and doesn't feel too bulky, which makes it comfortable enough for extended playtime without causing discomfort.

One of the standout features of this headset is its wireless connectivity - we've found that it's reliable and stable even when we're in different rooms. The microphone quality is also very good, allowing us to communicate with each other clearly and effortlessly.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this headset for anyone looking for a great gaming experience on their device.

I purchased these after my existing headphones (Arctis 3) started falling apart (after a fair few years heavy usage). This change forced me to explore other options, which led me to discover these. I had been struggling to find headphones that met all the requirements I was looking for - including being able to control music and switch between wireless and Bluetooth from the headset - but also reviewing well generally.

When I found them they had not yet been released, but I made a note and started watching, and merely a few weeks later they were available. My very first impressions were a little mixed. Coming from my previous headset, they were much less comfortable on my head.

The battery life of these was astonishing - I set them up and used them for many hours, with the battery already at 90% by day eight, and it fully charged in no time at all. The ability to connect wirelessly to my home PC, and via Bluetooth to my work laptop, allows me when I need to join a call to pause music, swap to Bluetooth (work lappy), pull down mic, and have my call.

I thought I needed customizable controls to control media as I didn't see clear mention of it elsewhere, but the options for the two customizable controls are very limited. Media is already built in however to the multifunction button, so perhaps my headset options were wider than I'd thought.

My headphones stopped outputting sound from any source - a simple reset through the app was all that needed to get them working again.

The battery indication was incorrect unless you danced about a bit - but after running down the battery and then charging "to full" it seemed to drop awfully quickly next. My overall feelings now after having these for months are mixed: still think they have improved over time, but I can wear them for hours without feeling sore or forgetting to take them off.

The battery continues to be fantastic - I generally forget about the battery entirely, and at some point I think "I've never charged them in so long". They've never run out on me. I do wish there was a normal Windows notification for this battery life.

I find I often walk around the house listening to music or streaming without taking them off - they're good enough that I'll keep them on even when not actively using them. Or write a review...
