Working Refurnished Microsoft Xbox 360 Slim E Black Console (PAL) Only Fan Issue

The HDMI output and all USB and Kinect Ports are fully functioning. Console has been erased and factory reset. DVD Drive has been wiped down on the outside, then opened up and carefully blown with compressed air to remove all foreign matter.
