Fully refurbished by myself. Taken apart fully and cleaned of dust. HDD replaced with Samsung SSD. Comes with new style controller only a few months old and has had light usage from 1 adult with NO sticky fingers haha! Comes with all games shown, orange box and silent hill very good condition cases and manuals. Comes with power lead and original HDMI cable. Yes it's quite expensive but the SSD itself was £100 and the controller £50 so it's actually a bargain.
