In full working condition. I struggled to get the blue controller to turn on (however, didn’t test with a second battery pack) one of the black controllers LT doesn’t bounce back to position but still works. Didn’t test all games (sonic didn’t load up) The main thing is that the console is working and some great titles. No hdmi cable
