Doesn't turn on at all. Also one of the rubber stand feet are missing as pictured. Was working a few months ago and overall good condition. Last time used the disc tray was working and reading games. Good for working parts/shell etc or if someone can get the power on issue to work. CONSOLE ONLY, NO CABLES/HDD.
