I have here an xbox 360 E 250GB, with an official wireless controller, official power supply and an hdmi cable. It's in great functional condition with some scuffs visually. When I ran a diagnostic on the HDD I discovered that it had only been on for 18 hours in its lifetime, so unless the HDD was replaced with a new official one, this console has hardly been used and is basically new. I think it's a classic case of a senior citizen buying their relative a 360 E thinking it was the xbox one. The controller was sourced separately and is in good working order. Hdmi cable is included as well as the console's original PSU. Any questions please ask.
