This is the 1TB version of the Xbox one s. I bought it brand new in 2020 but it's been sat on a shelf for the last 3 ish years since I got a series X. The console itself is in working condition with a few cosmetic issues. there's a few marks on the console and the hdmi port appears to have a cracked (see photos). The hdmi port still functions fine though but you should be gentle with it and it may need replacing in the future. I have reset and updated the console and will send it with a power adapter but no hdmi cable. This console does not come with a controller.
