fully tested in great working order , comes with controller and power supply , has been fully reset back to factory default , has some light scratches on the bottom casing as seen in pictures above, also has blue stain on top case controller has no back case where the battery's are placed 3-4 working days for delivery will be packaged with care when getting dispatched
