Name: Review:
I've been using the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3P Wireless for a while now, and I'm really impressed with how well they've taken my setup from gaming PC to PS5 into one cohesive experience. The quick and easy setup on both devices has set me up for success, and the wireless connection via 2.4GHz is incredibly solid, providing no noticeable lag even over long distances. This headset's versatility is also a major plus - I can easily switch between the wireless option for mobile use and Bluetooth connectivity to stream music or chat with friends.

The sound quality in this headset is nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the neodymium magnetic drivers that produce clear highs, solid mids, and deep bass. It's all thanks to the directional audio that delivers immersive gaming experiences like competitive play - I've found it to be spot on for both online multiplayer and in-game voice chats. For music playback, crisp highs and deep bass are delivered with ease, making this headset perfect for long gaming sessions without sacrificing sound quality.

The detachable mic is a game-changer, providing clear audio that's free from background noise - even during the most intense games or loud discussions with friends. The soft ear cushions also make it possible to wear the headset for hours on end without feeling discomforted. I'm particularly impressed by the 40-hour battery life of this headset, which easily lasts multiple gaming sessions before needing a charge.

I've also been really happy with the SteelSeries app control, which lets me fine-tune my EQ and audio settings to suit my preferences. The build quality feels solid and premium too - it's clear that SteelSeries has put thought into creating a high-quality product that will last. And, of course, there's always the sleek all-black design, which looks great without being too over-the-top.

Pros: • Excellent wireless performance with 2.4GHz + Bluetooth • Great sound quality for games, music, and chat • Comfortable fit for long sessions • Strong 40-hour battery life • Customizable sound with app control • Detachable mic is clear and convenient Cons: • No included carrying case (would have been nice for travel)

I've been using these for several days now, and I have to say they're absolutely amazing - I tried some really lightweight ones before because my previous pair were too heavy causing headaches, but unfortunately I had the same issue with those due to them being too 'clingy', clamping around my head no matter how loose I made the band. But these, on the other hand, are nice and snug without constricting.

I've been using them for gaming and music, and the surround sound really helps in battle royale games - it's brilliant! The steel series app is also super easy to use to get the best sound out of them.

The true color to these is spot on as I bought the purple set. The ear pads feel soft and comfortable, unlike my previous pair which made me feel too warm - they're great for a relaxing gaming session or watching movies without overheating. The range is also top-notch, with minimal loss of sound when going from downstairs to upstairs.

I've been able to wear them for several days at a time before needing to recharge - the battery life is fantastic and I can get around 5 hours of use per day without needing a charge. Overall, these are great quality headsets that look super smart too.

I've got it now.

The sound quality was initially a letdown, even after tweaking various presets and settings on my PS5. I soon realized that I'd been accustomed to a certain sound output/quality from a £40 set of PC headphones, which had served me well for eight months from a different model. I had completely forgotten that I needed to turn off the '3D Audio' feature in my console settings.

Once I adjusted the headphones and allowed them to settle into the sounds, it became clear that they were far superior. The sound quality was remarkably phenomenal, with crisp, deep, concise sounds that eliminated any confusion as to where the sound cues were coming from. It's like having an immersive experience with dynamic, atmospheric ambience - you need this.

The wireless headphones have a clever adjustable/removable headband that contours/hugs my head in place of the traditional foam. I've found it comfortable and snug, even for my small/average-sized head. The cups/earmuffs originally squeezed harder than expected, but once I extended them to their full extent, they felt more natural.

The sound suppression is practically perfect, blocking out distracting background noises yet allowing faint sounds through - like just being able to distinguish a door knocking (if it's loud enough). The Bluetooth mode automatically connects to the PS5 without any setup required. Bluetooth mode also allows you to control settings and presets via the Arctis mobile app.

I'm pleased with the connectivity, as there have been no problems whatsoever. Even in wireless mode, the headset turns on instantly when plugged into a USB-C slot, and switching between 2.4GHz + Bluetooth modes is effortless. The LED light around the Power/Mode-Select button changes color to indicate 'Charging' (green for PS5, blue for PC/Laptop, Tablet, Phone, etc.).

I've got one minor quibble - the earmuff housing creaks slightly when I move my head, which can be quite jarring if you're sensitive like me. This is more pronounced than usual after a week of use.

My main concern with this headset has been its tendency to warp and stretch during extended gaming sessions, causing an unsettling creaking sound that's hard to pinpoint. My small/average-sized head isn't the problem - it seems the headset is simply not designed for my head shape. Despite some minor quirks, I'm generally happy with my purchase... albeit a little disappointed with this particular issue.
